- Francesc has 15 years intensive in Corporate law practice in Spain and mainly in Mergers & Acquisitions in the fast moving environment of cross borders deals. Francesc joined Mazars in 1.995 and he is graduated in law from the University of Barcelona and has a Master in Tax from ESADE
