Roberta Cavalleri received her law degree from the University of Milan. She is a member of the Milan Bar, is specialized in civil law (with an emphasis on contracts), bankruptcy law, and real property law. She has considerable litigation experience, including for foreign clients. She also handles M&A operations and joint venture agreements. From 1997 to 2000, the year she began working with Albertazzi & Associati, she worked at the law firm Lega, Colucci, Albertazzi e Arossa and at the firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
