Bernd Sagasser is a German lawyer and tax advisor who practises in M&A, privatisations and international taxation. He has been with the Paris office for over a decade. Over the last 20 years, Bernd has advised on major privatisations in Germany (airports) and Eastern Europe (telecom), on investment funds (tax structuring for real estate and private equity) and M&A transactions throughout Europe (infrastructure, energy and waste management). Bernd is an expert in cross-border transactions and reorganisations, particularly with regard to tax aspects. He is the author of several books and articles on the reorganisation of companies and the tax treatment of capital investments.
