Dr. Luke, a German qualified attorney, is a Corporate/M&A partner in our Paris office. She has a thourough experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganizations. She has broad transactional expertise in competition, corporate and real estate law. Antje Luke advises French, German and international corporations, banks, funds and investors on all aspects of their mostly transnational transactions and investments.
