Marccus Partners advises Deka on a commercial lease transaction with EDF in Toulouse

Deka Immobilien, on behalf of Deka Immobilien Investment, has concluded a commercial lease with EDF SA over the entire office complex “Wood Parc” (11.630 m²) in Toulouse under construction by Bouygues Immobilier. This three building complex, the fist of which was delivered last November, is the first private workspace construction project in the Midi-Pyrénées Region to obtain the “NF Service buildings – HQE® (High Environmental Quality)” certification.
