Berenberg Invest AG has acquired from BNP Paribas Immobilier Service Promotion an office building under construction of 20.000 m² in Fontenay-sous-Bois (94). The entire complex is rented to BNP Paribas under a 9-years lease. The building will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2010. The amount of the transaction, the first acquisition of Berenberg Invest AG in France, is in excess of 83 M€.

Deka Immobilien, on behalf of Deka Immobilien Investment, has concluded a commercial lease with EDF SA over the entire office complex “Wood Parc” (11.630 m²) in Toulouse under construction by Bouygues Immobilier. This three building complex, the fist of which was delivered last November, is the first private workspace construction project in the Midi-Pyrénées Region to obtain the “NF Service buildings – HQE® (High Environmental Quality)” certification.
