Our Italian operations are run out of our main office in Milan, the business and finance centre of Italy. Our Italian professionals are skilled in a wide range of legal practice areas. We handle delicate and complex international transactions in close co-operation with the other Marccus Partners offices as well as globally with foreign Law Firms selected on a case by case basis. Our clients include commercial banks, investment banks, investment and real estate funds, companies operating in the defence business and public utilities. The client portfolio is substantially in line with the financial specialisation applied to the business. External counsel – in particular University professors – co-operate with us on specific matters. We are the preferred legal advisor in Italy of the French audit group Mazars and thus an integral part of Marccus Partners.
