Our equity Capital Markets team, together with our Banking & Finance experts, has advised on numerous flotations as well as secondary offerings and private placements with institutional investors. We are usually instructed to assist companies throughout
this process, but also act for the underwriting banks or syndicate members.

Infrastructure projects and PPPs represent an important part of our practice. Our Privatisation team in Western Europe concentrates mainly on airports, railway stations, networks, hospitals and prisons. We also have extensive experience of structuring projects in emerging markets in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, where we represent investors as well as private or public financial institutions. An integral part of this business is structuring, negotiating and implementing complex multi-party joint ventures.

We advise investors and companies on corporate governance issues in connection with M&A transactions, IPOs and other forms of fundraising. Our legal experts design and draft shareholder agreements, by-laws and specific rules for investment funds in order to ensure proper shareholder rights and management responsibility.
