Adriana Duncea is a Romanian lawyer with a practical experience of over 13 years in legal services and a full member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
She has been an associate lawyer of Mazars (former RSM Hemmelrath) since the establishment of the Bucharest Office in 1998, being initially specialized in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, litigation and arbitration.
