Monika was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994. She has advised and litigated at international firms (White & Case LLP and Salans) and at domestic boutiques (Ginestié, Magellan, Paley-Vincent and La Garanderie & Associés) in Paris.
Monika advises a wide range of international clients on all aspects of employment law. She advises at the outset of an employment relationship through to its termination, on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Her field of expertise also encompasses corporate reorganisations, implementation of downsizings, collective bargainings and analysis of employer and employee related risk exposures in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
