Francesco Pau received his law degree from the La Sapienza University of Rome. He is a member of the Rome Bar. He handles out-of-court consulting, in particular M&A, financing and debt restructuring operations. He began working in Brussels in 1995, handling financial projects for the European Union, and has worked with leading Italian and international law firms such as Camozzi e Bonissoni, Baker & McKenzie, and Ernst & Young. He is a freelance journalist who works with Italia Oggi.
