Jörn Albrecht advises clients on German and international commercial and corporate law. His commercial law practice focuses on national and cross-border supply and services agreements as well as all types of contracts in the area of agency and distribution. Furthermore, he concentrates on IT and internet agreements, licensing agreements for all aspects of industrial and intellectual property, and outsourcing agreements. His corporate practice includes the establishment and restructuring of partnerships and corporations under German law. Jörn Albrecht also has broad experience in strategic business co-operations, joint ventures and M&A transactions, in particular management buyouts. In recent years, he has advised clients in developing legal compliance programs in production, procurement, as well as sales and distribution, including compliance with German and EU competition law.
