Bernd Sagasser is a German lawyer and tax advisor, whose special practice areas are M&A, privatizations and international taxation. He has been working for over a decade out of the Paris office. Over the last 20 years, he has been advising on major privatizations in Germany (airports) and M&A transactions all over Europe (telecom, energy, environment). He is an expert in cross border transactions and reorganizations, in particular with regard to their tax aspects. He is the author of various books and articles on the reorganization of companies and the tax treatment of capital investments.
