Pierre FRANÇOIS is a partner at Marccus Partners. He is heading the Banking & Finance department of Marccus Partners in Paris. Before joining the firm in 2011, he spent over ten years in major international law firms in Paris, where he practiced as a M&A lawyer and as a finance lawyer.
His finance and M&A practices mostly cover private equity deals in the context of which he advises sponsors, managers and arrangers on the equity and debt financing aspects of such transactions.
His clients include multinational corporations, banks, funds who he advises regularly on cross-borders or domestic transactions.
