Gilles Gasné, is a qualified French attorney, specialised in tax law. He developed a deep experience with French tax administration during seven years as a tax inspector and then as a redactor. He has also a twenty years career in law firms, including a « Big Four », covering specialised all aspects of tax law. He has been involved in acquisition’s operations for French and international groups and cross border mergers. He has extensive expertise in tax audit, tax litigation, ministerial appeal and real estate investments. He regularly advises French and international companies on a wide range of corporate transactions.
