Eric Riehl, a French-qualified attorney since 1996, is a corporate and M&A partner at our Strasbourg office. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, post-deal integrations and family businesses. He advises his clients on a wide range of corporate issues including capital reorganisations, shareholder agreements, management rights and responsibilities and contractual law.
