Dr. Link is a Corporate/M&A partner at our Paris office and a dual-qualified German and French lawyer. He is admitted to the bar in both countries. Dr. Link has a particular focus on cross-border transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also has extensive expertise in real estate transactions by investors on the German real estate market. His sector-specific deal background covers, among other things, the ophthalmic industry, environmental technology and life sciences as well as bank and financial services.
