Our Italian operations are run out of our main office in Milan, the major business and finance centre of Italy. Our Italian practitioners have expertise in a wide range of legal practice areas. We handle delicate and complex international transactions in close co-operation with the other Marccus Partners offices as well as globally with foreign law firms selected on a case by case basis. Our clients include commercial banks, investment banks, investment and real estate funds, companies operating in the defence business and public utilities. External counsel – in particular University professors – co-operate with us on specific matters. We are the preferred legal advisor in Italy of the French audit group Mazars and thus an integral part of Marccus Partners.
