Marccus Partners expands its Frankfurt office

Frankfurt/Main, 29 October 2010 – Continuing its growth strategy, Marccus Partners has recruited German lawyer Thomas Flügel, LL.M. Thomas will work in the Real Estate and Corporate/M&A departments of our Frankfurt office, and joins the firm as an International Partner.

Thomas will advise German and international clients in the real estate sector on real estate law and M&A transactions. In particular, he will work on transactions concerning office buildings, retail properties, high street retail businesses, logistics, hotels and industrial facilities. Thomas was involved as a legal advisor in the acquisition and sale of the Telekom Centre in Munich, the acquisition of the Königsbau-Passagen in Stuttgart and the acquisition of the Radisson Blu (SAS) hotel complex in Hamburg. In addition, he was a founding partner of Gronstedt Mohr Flügel Partnerschaftsgesellschaft Rechtsanwälte Notar (GMF Partner) in Frankfurt.
