Marccus Partners Spain joined by a team of four specialists in Commercial, Administrative and Public Law
The Spanish Marccus Partners offices were recently reinforced by a team of four experienced lawyers specializing in Commercial and Public Law. The four new joiners come from local law firm Iberforo Abogados. Germán Alonso-Alegre, Antonio Perales and Clementina Barreda join Marccus Partners and Mazars as partners.

Germán Alonso-Alegre has over 15 years experience in administrative court proceedings, regulatory and electoral law. "Amongst others, Germán was a board member of the 'Junta Electoral Provincial de Madrid' during the last local, general and European elections in Spain. At the same time, he was a member of the 'Consejo de Protección de Datos de la Comunidad de Madrid'."
Antonio Perales, an expert in administrative and urban planning law, has extensive experience in several sectors including expropriation proceedings, urban planning, public energy and contractual law.
Clementina Barreda is a specialist in commercial and public law, with wide experience in various sectors including sanitary, food and tobacco law. In particular, she is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, unfair competition and advertising law.
Finally, Roberto de la Calle specializes in public and administrative law. A highly-qualified member of the Madrid community of legal specialists, he was the legal coordinator of the IVIMA (Instituto de la Vivienda de Madrid) until 2009 and brings with him extensive experience in the law of public contracts and administrative proceedings.
