Development of Marccus Partners in France: New Head of Real Estate Department

The business law firm Marccus Partners is pleased to announce the arrival of Anne-Laure Fonade who joined the Paris office on 14th November 2011 as a partner, heading its Real Estate Department.

Anne-Laure holds a Master (Maîtrise) in Business law (University Paris X), a Corporate legal advisor diploma (DJCE) and another Master (DESS) in Tax law (University of Toulouse).

Before integrating Marccus Partners, she was the partner in charge of the corporate real estate department of the Nixon Peabody LLP in Paris and had formerly been with Taylor Wessing.

Admitted to the Paris bar in 1992, Anne-Laure has acquired significant prime transactional experience in more than 15 years of practice in the real estate sector. She is specialised in corporate real estate, leisure and hotel deals as well as in real estate financing (large transactions, commercial leasing, asset management and retail).

She advises institutional and private investors, funds, financial institutions and property developers, both domestic and international.
